You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already entered the shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible, and you will need to follow our standard return procedure after receiving the item.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email. Some items may be exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons or product nature (e.g., personalized items). Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to verify that it meets our return policy requirements. Upon approval, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received a gift and want to return it, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit to the original purchaser.

If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us with your order details, including the date of purchase, order number, and payment method used.
